Board on Bus for very famous & spiritual Ashtavinayak Yatra (Pickup starts from Borivali at 04.30 AM). Witness very first worship of Mahad Swayambhu (Self-generated) to Lord Varadvinayak, Post darshan fullfill your tummy with yummy breakfast & get yourself ready to visit second temple of the day i.e. at Pali of lord Ballaleshwar, Later have Lunch & witness darshan of Lenyadri at Girijatmaj Temple afterwards evening tea and then proceed Ozar - Vighneshwar Temple. Dinner and Night Stay at Hotel.
Wakeup early morning and proceed for Darshan of Maha Ganpati at Ranjangaon. Later have breakfast & move on for next darshan towards Theur of lord Chintamani. Next comes Lord Siddhivinayak of Siddhatek. Time for short break - relief yourself with delicious lunch. Set yourself for darshan of Lord Mayureshwar/Moreshwar at Morgaon. After darshan have evening tea and proceed to home town i.e. start with the return journey.

If there are less tourists, then the traveling will be arranged by Car / Tempo Traveller / Mini Bus. In that case, tour participants can postpone their tour for the next date.
Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected by the guest (i,e. Double / Triple sharing basis )
Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow.
There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organisation reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed.
Tour Itinerary may be revised or Altered or Change or Merge in case of necessity. Organiser / Tour manager has total rights to act as per the circumstances / situation.
Under circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable. In case tour cancelled by the participants, cancellation policy will applicable.
The company reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel any of the tour advertised in the brochure / website/ google ads / social media, without assigning any reason. whatsoever. - The company reserves the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group.
There can be increase in the tour cost in case of hike in taxes, fuel cost and/or hotel costs.
Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.
It is understood that tour participants traveling with Ashtavinayak Yatra or its Travel partners have read and accepted the above terms.
At the time of booking min. 50% Payment will be accepted as an advance payment.
The remaining payment will be collected via cash only at the time of pick up / the day of departure.
Minimum Cancellation fee is Rs. 1000 Per head.
31 - 21 Days prior to Tour Start Date 10 % of full tour cost.
20 - 11 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25 % of full tour cost.
10 - 05 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50 % of full tour cost.
04 - 03 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.
02- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
Regarding Refund of Unused / Unutilized Services (which are Paid for and Cancelled in Advance) the Refund Amount Would be worked out On the Basis of Cancellation Policy as Described Above and the Money would be Refunded to the Person who has made the Payment to Us.
Irrespective of above-mentioned Cancellations Slabs - In Case of Cancellation of Tour Services after the Booking is made with us - A Minimum 10% Service Charges Would Be Applicable.
The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to Bank Account, The Bank Charges would be Debited from The Refund Amount.

Driver munna bhai and helper sunil also played a vital role in managing the road map during rainy season. Lunch served at dixsit and wagh guruji was deliciousЁЯШЛ. Super awesome ashtavinayak trip . First time experience was memorable one. Especially under Raj and Manjari never felt bored in the trip. They treated all of them as one family. Professionalism at level best. Food , stay, breakfast , everything taken care perfectly . Good quality food all day. They made sure everyone is comfortable . Raj used to explain importance and story behind each and every ganpati temple. Well done team.. these ratings are not enough for the way this trip was organised.. I really appreciate all your efforts to making it so memorable. first and foremost, all the Bappa Darshan went smoothly and amazingly stunning. Because of the team, we got special chance to perform Group aarti at many temples. Before every spot, we all had been guided properly so that no one will stuck or jumbled at new place. My daughter enjoyed this trip a lot and made many new friends. All group members celebrated our Birthday (me & my daughter) with lot of joy and happiness.
