Confirmation / Cancellation request will be accepted in writing only through the mail. Request over phone will not be accepted.
If there are less tourists, then the traveling will be arranged by Car / Tempo Traveller / Mini Bus. In that case, tour participants can postpone their tour for the next date.
Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected by the guest (i,e. Double / Triple sharing basis )
Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow.
There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organisation reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed.

Under circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable. In case tour cancelled by the participants, cancellation policy will applicable.
The company reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel any of the tour advertised in the brochure / website/ google ads / social media, without assigning any reason. whatsoever. - The company reserves the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group.

Regarding Refund of Unused / Unutilized Services (which are Paid for and Cancelled in Advance) the Refund Amount Would be worked out On the Basis of Cancellation Policy as Described Above and the Money would be Refunded to the Person who has made the Payment to Us.
Irrespective of above-mentioned Cancellations Slabs - In Case of Cancellation of Tour Services after the Booking is made with us - A Minimum 10% Service Charges Would Be Applicable.
The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to Bank Account, The Bank Charges would be Debited from The Refund Amount.
