You can book Ashtavinayak Yatra From Mumbai By Car when it is a family group. The three days-two nights package covers not just the eight sacred Ganesha temples but also takes you to Prati Balaji Temple and Prati Vaishno Devi temple in Pune. These two places have become a major attraction nowadays. Devotees from everywhere visit these two temples.

The tour begins at 6 AM on the first day. You will visit four Ganesha temples and return to Pune for the night halt. All our hotel accommodations are comfortable non-AC deluxe rooms. Breakfast and dinner on the first and second day are included in the tour package. Lunch on all three days will be borne by the guests.

Day 01

Morning Departure From Mumbai 06:00 AM. Proceed to Ashtavinayak. Mahad (VaradVinayak), Pali (Ballaleshwar), Prati Shirdi. Night halt at Pune.

Day 02

Morning proceed to Theur (Chintamani), Siddhatek (Siddhivinayak), Morgaon (Mayureshwar), Jejuri (Khandoba), Narayanpur (Prati Balaji). Night halt at Pune.

Day 03

Morning Proceed to Pimpri (Prati Vaishnodevi), Ranjangaon (Mahaganpati), Ozar(Vighneshwar), Lenyadri (Girijatmaj). Then return to Mumbai.

  • If there are less tourists, then the traveling will be arranged by Car / Tempo Traveller / Mini Bus. In that case, tour participants can postpone their tour for the next date.

  • Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected by the guest (i,e. Double / Triple sharing basis )

  • Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow.

  • There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organisation reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed.

  • Tour Itinerary may be revised or Altered or Change or Merge in case of necessity. Organiser / Tour manager has total rights to act as per the circumstances / situation.

  • Under circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable. In case tour cancelled by the participants, cancellation policy will applicable.

  • The company reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel any of the tour advertised in the brochure / website/ google ads / social media, without assigning any reason. whatsoever. - The company reserves the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group.

  • There can be increase in the tour cost in case of hike in taxes, fuel cost and/or hotel costs.

  • Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.

  • It is understood that tour participants traveling with Ashtavinayak Yatra or its Travel partners have read and accepted the above terms.

Payment Policy
  • At the time of booking min. 50% Payment will be accepted as an advance payment.

  • The remaining payment will be collected via cash only at the time of pick up / the day of departure.




Cancellation Policy
  • Minimum Cancellation fee is Rs. 1000 Per head.

  • 31 - 21 Days prior to Tour Start Date 10 % of full tour cost.

  • 20 - 11 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25 % of full tour cost.

  • 10 - 05 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50 % of full tour cost.

  • 04 - 03 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.

  • 02- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

REFUND
  • Regarding Refund of Unused / Unutilized Services (which are Paid for and Cancelled in Advance) the Refund Amount Would be worked out On the Basis of Cancellation Policy as Described Above and the Money would be Refunded to the Person who has made the Payment to Us.

  • Irrespective of above-mentioned Cancellations Slabs - In Case of Cancellation of Tour Services after the Booking is made with us - A Minimum 10% Service Charges Would Be Applicable.

  • The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to Bank Account, The Bank Charges would be Debited from The Refund Amount.
